> The path — step by step

  1. Pick an industry drowning in information

Real estate, marketing, health — industries where things change weekly and staying current is a paid skill. Pick one.

  2. Set up NotebookLM

Create a free NotebookLM account. This is where the week's sources get turned into notes — your factory floor.

    TOOL: NotebookLM

  3. Build your first digest

Collect 10 sources from one week (articles, YouTube videos, reports), feed them in and generate: 5 key changes, 3 opportunities, 1 recommended action. One page. Nobody reads more.

    TOOL: NotebookLM

  4. Polish with Claude

Have Claude rewrite it into a clean one-pager with a fixed structure. The fixed structure is the product — same layout every week builds trust.

    TOOL: Claude

  5. Verify the bold claims

Check the 3 boldest claims with Perplexity and add sources. Accuracy is the reason agencies pay — one wrong claim ends the subscription.

    TOOL: Perplexity

  6. Get paid monthly

Create a Stripe payment link for a monthly subscription, e.g. €199/month, delivered every Monday morning.

  7. Pitch with a free sample

Make one sample digest for a prospect's industry and send it: "This is what arrives every Monday if you subscribe." The sample is the pitch.

  8. Scale the format

Once the format works, run the same pipeline for a second industry. Same steps, new sources — double the clients, barely double the work.

> How this fits the game

Quests pay no XP and never touch your rank — the reward is money outside the game. When you want the full path that makes this skill compound, The Agency OS is the class that trains it — or start at the Vision.
